Tim is an experienced executive coach, organisational psychologist and leadership facilitator with over 12 years of professional coaching experience across Australia. He specialises in executive coaching, leadership development, organisational change and team effectiveness within complex environments. 

 A former HR Director in the finance sector and higher education, Tim has led significant people and structural transformation initiatives in large organisations. His public sector leadership experience strengthens his credibility as a trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating growth, reform and cultural change. 

Tim has coached more than 700 individual leaders, including C suite executives, senior leadership teams and emerging leaders. His executive coaching work focuses on building strategic thinking capability, creative problem solving, resilience, psychological wellbeing and reflexive leadership practice.

As a leadership facilitator, Tim has delivered strategic planning sessions, team building and team rebuilding programs, and organisational development initiatives across corporate, government and not for profit sectors. His experience spans Federal, State and Local Government agencies, financial services, universities and Indigenous organisations throughout Australia.
