Dr Nigel Nutt

Founder, Tabiya Services

A management consultant with 35 years in consulting and advisory work across start-ups, global firms, research institutions and not-for-profits. Nigel was a founding partner of a major government consulting firm and managing director of a global technology consultancy.

He sits on several advisory boards, is vice-chair of Capital Region Community Services, and is an IECL accredited Executive Coach.

Andrew Simon

Founder and Co-CEO, Yellow Edge

A business owner and master facilitator, Andrew has spent 24 years leading Yellow Edge, one of Canberra's longest serving leadership development organisations, through the ups and downs of business.

He brings public, private and not-for-profit connections, and a creative, collaborative approach drawn from many countries and disciplines.

Who is the program for?

Canberra business founders, owners and executive leaders. Places are by invitation, so registering interest is the first step.

Are the conversations confidential?

Yes. We want participants to feel comfortable having open and honest conversations, so discussions within the program are treated as confidential. We also ask everyone to respect the privacy of others and not share personal stories or comments outside the group.

What is the time commitment?

The program runs over 10 months, with activities typically lasting around 1.5–2 hours each. The program is designed to fit alongside your existing work commitments, while giving you the time and space to engage meaningfully in each session.

Where are the sessions held?

Sessions are held at a range of local venues across Canberra. We choose comfortable, accessible spaces that support conversation, connection and learning, with venue details shared with participants ahead of each session.

What if I miss a session?

We understand that things come up. If you need to miss a session, just let us know. We’ll help you stay connected to the program and make sure you have access to any key information or resources you may have missed.
