    Andrew is a Founder, majority owner and Co-CEO of Yellow Edge Pty Ltd, a B Corp and Climate Active certified company now in its 22nd year of operations. Andrew brings a solid track record of successfully working with his fellow founders and employees to build one of Australia’s most enduring leadership development companies.

    Andrew brings lived experience in company turnarounds, the sale of the company to larger listed entities, operating under demanding parent company and SOX arrangements and the buy back of the company, of which he is now majority owner.

    Andrew is also an investor in a California based startup bringing cutting edge AI based service to help people thrive and excel in the workplace.

  • Nigel Nutt

    Nigel is a specialist in management consulting. An engineer in his early career, he’s now spent 35 years in consulting and advisory services in its many forms: in small start-ups, established firms, global organisations, research institutions, and not-for-profits. He’s worked in, and for, government across multiple portfolios.

    Nigel was the longest serving owner and director of Apis Group, a specialist management consulting business in Canberra serving government clients. With his co-owners, Nigel oversaw the growth of Apis from less than a handful of people back in 2002, to a major firm of more than 150 professionals, and its subsequent sale and transition in 2019 to Accenture, a world leading global technology services business.

    He’s now founded another advisory business in Tabiya Services, advising and educating small business owners and their staff in business and commercial matters. His clients include numerous start-ups, small and medium enterprises spanning law, assurance, architecture and defence capability among others.

  • Rod Latimer

    Rod Latimer, Director and Principal of ORIMA Research, brings over 25 years of expertise in market and social research, data analytics, and organisational performance improvement. With a solid foundation in economics and political science, Rod has played a pivotal role in ORIMA Research's growth since its inception in 1996. Today, the firm is recognised as a leading provider of research and advisory services, employing approximately 70 professionals and serving government agencies, NGOs, and select private sector organisations.

    Under Rod's leadership, ORIMA Research has specialised in handling sensitive projects, often for senior leadership teams, aimed at enhancing organisational effectiveness. His approach focuses on creating supportive work environments, streamlining corporate processes, fulfilling client commitments with integrity, and engaging stakeholders to foster trust and support for critical decisions. These projects leverage meticulously crafted measurement tools and the insights gained from a career of collaboration and learning from challenges in leadership roles.

    As a member of the Founders' Circle advisory team, Rod is committed to mentoring emerging leaders by sharing valuable lessons from his extensive experience in research, consultancy, and his personal life.

  • Michael Papay

    Michael is on a mission to make the workplace more human by empowering the voice of employees. Michael was a founder and CEO of Waggl, a highly successful US business he built and sold to Perceptyx in 2023.

    Over two decades ago, Michael began his journey in pioneering tech-enabled learning transfer solutions at the Fort Hill Company. Since then, he has been building transformative organsiatons and solutions, including redefining employee feedback and engagement with Waggl a cutting-edge crowdsourcing platform.

    Today, he is a founder of Sageful AI, a company harnessing the power of AI and building upon the fabric of trusted relationships and experience to transform how learning gets done.

    This isn’t a new beginning. Rather it’s the next evolution of careers focused on helping people and organisations thrive.
