Katrina is an accomplished Senior Executive leader with a varied and successful 25-year career in the public sector, working across science, health and technology portfolios. She is an experienced inclusive leader, and a complex problem solver with a strong track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.  

Throughout her career, Katrina has distinguished herself by identifying strategic gaps and partnering closely with colleagues and stakeholders to co-develop and deliver complex initiatives. With experience spanning both strategic and operational roles, an understanding of senior leadership expectations and the complexities of public sector work environments, she now brings her collective expertise into coaching - helping public sector leaders and professionals navigate challenges, progress their careers, and build confidence in their leadership.  

Katrina has a particular interest in partnering with leaders to overcome challenges, strengthen their impact, grow their leadership capabilities and enable their teams to be successful through good supportive leadership.
