    Herrmann Brain Dominance Index (HBDI)

    HBDI or the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument is a self-diagnostic tool that maps individual and team thinking preferences. It adopts a whole-brain thinking approach to identify individual and team preferences towards emotional, analytical, structural and/or strategic thinking.

    It is an excellent framework for increasing self-awareness and awareness of others and help and can assist with improved teamwork, communication, decision making and more.

    Strengths Profile

    Strengths Profile is the online strengths identification tool which categorises 60 workplace strengths across three dimensions:
    Energy,
    Performance and
    Use
    Each participant receives a personalised profile, that reveals their realised strengths, learned behaviours, weaknesses and unrealised strengths.

    Group or Teams Strengths Profiles are also available.

    AQai Asessments

    AQ or Adaptability Quotient, measures the abilities, characteristics, and environmental factors that impact the successful behaviours and actions of people and organisations to effectively respond to uncertainty, new information, or changed circumstances.

    The higher the AQ, the more likely the individual will be able to recover from setbacks, find alternative solutions to problems and embrace change.

    Team ‘Change Readiness’ and ‘Re-Skill’ Ability can also be measured.

  • DISC

    DISC Behaviour Assessments

    The DiSC assessment is a non-judgmental, self-assessment tool used for discussion of people's behavioural differences.

    The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others — within a work team, a client relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.
