Natalie has spent the last eight years consulting with executive leaders across the Australian Public Service and private enterprise on the design and development of leadership and management training programs to assist organisations to achieve business objectives. This experience has given her an appreciation and deep understanding of the complex challenges in the modern workplace and the capabilities that are required.
Natalie facilitates a variety of workshops including team building, leadership and management development, communication and performance management to assist people to build confidence and skills. These engagements often involve a variety of diagnostic tools such as the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, Strengths Profiler and 360 degree feedback tools which Natalie deploys to strengthen self-awareness and develop personalised realistic goals and strategies.
