Janine has over 18 years of experience and is a dedicated, motivated and knowledgeable organisational change manager with an extensive business portfolio and a vast range of experience in human resources, management, finance and banking roles.
Janine has extensive experience in the facilitation of large groups within global organisations and has recently facilitated and assessed a Diploma of Management with a leadership pathway with a registered RTO. Janine has an advanced understanding of the implementation of the ADKAR change management model and has an extensive human resources background, including employee recruitment and retention, staff development, business policy development and legal compliance. Janine has worked with organisations such as the Attorney General’s Department, Department of Education and Training, ACT Health, Westpac Banking Corporation, Australian University, Canberra Family Law and Anglicare.
