Susan is a coach and organisational psychologist who works with people facing difficult or stressful work situations. This may be around challenges with specific people, groups or stakeholders. It may be challenges due to workload, work demands or work environments. It may be challenges in relation to communicating or influencing specific messages or change programs. Susan has an extensive background in the public sector and has consulted, coached and facilitated at individual, team and organisation wide levels for a range of Commonwealth and State Public Sector Departments. She has worked as a HR Manager in the Commonwealth Public sector; as a lecturer in organisational behaviour and strategic management; and as a consultant with global consulting firms, both in Australia and overseas. She has experience and skills in working with a wide range of people and teams developing resilience, improving influencing skills, managing conflict and increasing leadership capability.
