Phil is an outstanding Executive Coach and Senior Facilitator with over thirteen years delivering leadership and performance programs to middle and senior executives from across a wide range of environments, portfolios and jurisdictions.
Phil is enthusiastic, engaging, encouraging, open/ honest, adaptable, innovative & creative. With over 32 years of senior executive experience in the public sector industry including working in policy development; service delivery across a wide range of community services programs (including disability, rehabilitation & community support, public housing services, supported accommodation, aged accommodation, corrective services & children & family services) and corporate functions (including strategic people development, governance, business planning, change management, information technology, industrial relations, strategic thinking and business development).
While primarily in the Federal sector (Canberra and State offices) Phil has worked in State & Territory (NT) jurisdictions and delivered some of Yellow Edge’s flagship programs including the Future Leaders and Executive Leaders Programs on behalf of the NT Office of Public Sector Employment and Learning and Development Programs via the Australian Public Service Commission’s training calendar.
