Judy has been a coach, facilitator and leadership development professional since 1990. Judy’s experience originally working as a military training officer, then executive public servant and subsequently as a consultant ensure that she provides diverse perspectives on challenges facing staff and managers. She has delivered leadership programs and change initiatives for the Royal Australian Air Force, Commonwealth Government, not-for-profit, private and community sector using a combination of engaging and interactive learning practices, emotionally safe coaching environments, and contemporary knowledge in psychology, adult learning and career development.

Judy’s tertiary qualifications in psychology, and experience delivering mental health awareness, resilience and change programs for workplaces provides a sound and practical foundation for supporting managers to manage sensitive and complex conversations and management scenarios. Judy brings insights from ten years’ experience mediating workplace disputes where she has encountered motivations and triggers that can sabotage working relationships. Judy draws on these insights to provide a toolkit of strategies to resolve workplace conflicts and mitigate stressors enabling the establishment of productive working relationships.
