David holder

David is an adaptive, values-based leader who has successfully led multi-discipline teams on military operations and numerous consulting projects involving workforce optimisation, workforce augmentation using artificial intelligence, innovation, cultural awareness training, and learning and development. His experience comes from a diverse career as a Director in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice, senior officer and instructor in the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), project manager in an ICT company, and workforce manager at the Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID). His extensive academic qualifications are supported by real-life application of methodologies for developing people and organisational capability in a range of demanding, high-tempo environments.

During his career in the RAAF, David was the first person to complete the Air Force Leadership Coaching Program coach training. He went on to complete a Diploma in Workplace and Business Coaching, focused on developing organisation-wide coaching programs. Now, as a RAAF Reservist, he provides one-on-one coaching to members of the RAAF’s talent management program and instructs on the 1-day coaching component of the middle manager promotion course. David also instructed on Deloitte’s “Coach to Grow” program, supporting the development of leaders of high-performance consulting teams.
