Our China program is conducted in partnership with the prestigious China Executive Leadership Academy, Pudong (CELAP) in Shanghai. A premier institution of the Communist Party of China (CPC), CELAP provides unrivaled access to the thinking and policy directions of the CPC. CELAP is the major leadership development institution of the Chinese Communist Party.

PROGRAM LEADER

Andrew created the Global Leadership Practices program in 2014 in recognition of the growing need for senior Australian executives to better understand the grapple with the public policy, business and leadership challenges and opportunities that an ever-rising China presents to Australia.

Andrew has traveled extensively throughout China and has forged strong professional networks with the Chinese Executive Leadership Academy of Pudong (CELAP), hosts of the GLP program in Shanghai.

As program leader, Andrew will guide and accompany the the program as well as play a strong role in helping participants translate what they experience, see and learn in Shanghai, to their organisational and leadership contexts in Australia.
