Throughout her career, Gwen served as a Company Director in a leading Career Transition business in Sydney. Notably, she played a pivotal role in servicing a four-year contract for the Department of Transport NSW (TfNSW), earning an outstanding reputation as a career development and transition services expert.

Gwen's diverse experience includes international restructures within IBM Global Services, HR consulting for the privatisation of Queensland Rail National, and facilitating career transitions amid the restructure of NSW Rail Infrastructure Corporation. As the co-owner and Director of INS Career Management, she contributed to successfully transitioning over 1000 staff from the Department of Transport for NSW.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Gwen serves as a Board Member for ArtSound FM Community Radio. In her personal pursuits, she is actively developing skills in documentary filmmaking, digital photography, community broadcasting, and acrylic painting.
