Working closely in partnership with the Australian Public Service Commission, Yellow Edge conducts two major whole of service leadership programs for SES Band 1 Officers in the Commonwealth.
The New Leadership Horizons Program is designed for Officers with less than three years experience. The Transforming Leadership Program is designed for Officers who have more than 3 years of service at the SES level.
