Our area of expertise is the public sector. We have delivered 15,000 sessions into the public sector (Commonwealth and State) over the last six years.
We are experts in coaching and use accredited coaches from the International Coach Federation (ICF) to train coaches in those competencies so that organisations feel completely safe in knowing that their internal coaches are doing exactly what they have been trained to do. Including abiding by the ICF code of ethics.
We are able to provide a comprehensive program which also includes ICF coach reference letters (after individually assessing each person) should clients want to gain their ICF accreditation.
