Founding Directors
Yellow Edge is the creation of four founding directors, who in 2002 set out to create a business to provide creative, innovative and practical services and solutions to HR and business clients: The founding directors are:
ANDY GREGORY is Chief Executive Officer of Yellow Edge and brings to that role extensive experience and understanding of both the public and private sectors, having operated successfully as a senior executive in both environments. Andy is a creative builder of business opportunities, with a keen ability to understand real client needs and then deliver solutions that enable organisations to achieve their business objectives.
ANDREW SIMON and creativity are synonymous. Andrew is renowned as an innovative thinker, a person who can bring the latest thinking to practical impact on organisational business challenges. Keeping up to date with the very latest in global thinking and service ideas is one of Andrew’s key strength. More than that however, he is able to apply creative and innovative ideas to practical HR and business needs. Creative ideas and the latest thinking on leadership development are areas of particular focus for Andrew, as evident in his role in the establishment of the Australian Leadership Innovation Centre.
KERRY MARTIN is a highly experienced HR and business consultant with a proven record of achievement in the public sector and the military context. Kerry leads the Yellow Edge consultancy practice and over the years has established a strong reputation among clients as someone who listens to and understands their requirements and then delivers quality value adding services. The result is strong customer satisfaction and loyalty based on mutual respect and shared endeavour.
LINDY BRYANT has a strong commitment to individual understanding and growth. A successful career in both public and private sectors has led Lindy to value and focus on the key enablers for growth and performance in the workplace. Rapport with clients is a key focus of Lindy’s business approach. Lindy has used her skill and expertise in these areas to build the Yellow Edge coaching practice into the leading public sector executive coaching service in Australia and an expert in the area of tapping the potential for individual growth and performance.
